[texhax] how to install newer version of biblatex in Ubuntu 10.04

The LTS upgrade track to 12.04 LTS with the "first point
release" of 12.04 should be coming this month.  My guess is
that will have a more recent texlive.

Otherwise, consider installing a fresh texlive in /usr/local/,
as previously suggested.
