[texhax] rotate sideways figure and longtable in latex

hi,

I would like to know
1. how to rotate sideways figure such that the bottom of the figure comes on
right side of the portrait page while taking print out.
2. how to rotate the long table (created in a landscape page ) such that
bottom of the page comes on right side of the portrait page while taking
print out.
