You should ask on this mailing list first before bothering the
maintainers (unless you discovered a bug).

Please provide a minimal .tex file which demonstrates your problem.
It's extremely helpful if people can re-produce the problem.

Since tex4ht behaves differently on different platforms, it's helpful
to know which operating system and which TeX distribution you are using.
Don't forget to mention the release number of your TeX distribution.
