etc. LaTeXML (a LaTeX to XML converter), Tralics (another or so), LaTeX2HTML, TeX4ht, and TeX2page were mentioned.
FWIW, I would like to add two hints:
* Jürgen Fenn’s quite comprehensive list of TeX-to-HTML converters,

* some of the tools listed on the TUG resources page (“web projects”, overlapping with former list, “how much” not checked):

Unfortunately, the latter list mixes various types of web-related stuff.
