Since it is a DVD MacTeX is included on the DVD, so if you are a TUG 
member you will receive a DVD within a few weeks. I think they are just 
about done pressing the DVDs

MacTeX usually fits within a 2 Gb USB stick (which are quite cheap where 
I live).
