[texhax] Vertical alignment in table containing text and figures

Hello Henry,

> \begin{tabular}{|>{\raggedright}b{0.6\textwidth}|>{\centering}b{0.4\textwidth}|} 

This defines the columns as bottom aligned. Use p{...} instead of b{...}
and it should be top aligned.
