[texhax] biblatex and tex4ht

Please add the following lines before \begin{document}:

\let\blx at resetpuncthook\@empty
\let\blx at csq@ifkernmark\@empty

This seems to be a bug in the biblatex.4ht.

The attached archive, test.zip has your test file and output html's.
