[texhax] Display of Arabic Text!!!

It sounds to me as if you have set your word-processor input to accept 
UTF-8, but have not included any UTF-8 capabilities in your TeX or LaTeX 
package.  Do you even have a Unicode font(set)  suitable for DVI or 
PDFTeX output?
