[texhax] how to set search path of sty

I installed texlive 2008 from tug and then installed dblatex. When
trying to convert a file from docbook to pdf, it complained,

Actually that docbook.sty is located inside another place

/usr/local/share/dblatex/latex/style/docbook.sty

How to configure so that it also use sty outside /usr/local/texlive/2008 ?
