[texhax] Indent first paragraph?

For the record, here in Brazil the habit is to indent all paragraphs.
As a matter of fact, I don't recall ever seeing something printed in
here that was not done like this (while I have seen American
publishings that do indent the first paragraph.)

This seems to be a rule for other latin countries, too, but I cannot
speak for sure.
