[texhax] TUG and Summer of Code 2008

TUG has applied to participate in Google's Summer of Code 2008 program
as a "mentoring organization" -- see http://tug.org/gsoc for some
additional information and links.

We'll learn if we were accepted on March 17.  Meanwhile, project ideas
are welcome -- as long as they come with a willing volunteer to mentor
them.  It's not hard to think of nice ideas; what's hard is commit the
nontrivial time to mentoring students to implement them :).  See info at
