Possibly, but I don't see a single page there that looks like HTML
output from TeX!  I'd be more convinced if their web site was
obviously formatted with TeX.  The only way I could find out if that
is what I'm hoping exists would be to download it, build it, and try
it out :-(  I'ld be delighted if what I suggest does already exist
somewhere.
