"For free" means "free beer" here, given that you already paid for the beer.

It's definitely not free and what you suggest is to violate license agreements.




   This package is only intended for licensed users of Microsoft Visual Studio 2005.

How can you say it's free?  The expression "You can download it for
free" should better be replaced by "You can steal it easily".
