[texhax] Old Version of TeXLive

Hello All,

I am trying to recreate several historical bugs in our local TeX system, and 
it has become apparent to me that the easist way for me to do this would be 
to find an old copy of TeX Live.  I am searching for TeX Live from the era 
in which tex.web 3.14159, tangle.web 4.4, and weave.web 4.4, and mf.web 
2.7182 were current (My guess is that this would be around 2001 or 2002). 
Does anyone have a copy that they could point me to for ftp?
