Will this do?

$$\setlength{\arraycolsep}{0pt} \begin{array}{rr@{\;}l} & x(x + 1) & = 0\\ \Rightarrow & \multicolumn{2}{l}{x_1=0}\\ & x+1 & = 0\\ \Rightarrow & \multicolumn{2}{l}{x_2=-1} \end{array}$$
