How do I gobble (in the style of moredefs' \GobbleMM) a LaTeX macro that
takes three mandatory arguments? In this case, it's an
\addcontentsline{toc}{chapter}{mumble} that I am trying to \Disable in
order to properly include the file it is in with the help of newclude.
