Hyperlatex is a program which processes tex files and generates HTML.  
There are hyperlatex commands which can be embedded in tex files to add 
different commands depending on whether latex or hyperlatex is 
interpreting the file.  It's great to be able to generate a printed 
document and an HTML version at the same time.
