[texhax] New book on doing figures with PostScript

[Apologies: a finger fumble sent a partial message a moment ago that
will probably confuse list readers, sigh...]

Most readers of this list have had to deal with figures in documents.

There is a new book out that provides a tutorial on PostScript and
graphics, and even gets into homogeneous coordinates, 2D and 3D
drawing, Sutherland-Hodgman clipping, Bizier and B-spline curves, and
refers a bit to The METAFONT Book, METAPOST, and GIMP:
