[texhax] A question about dvips

    c:\texmf\miktex\bin\dvips.exe: ! Couldn't find header file 
    texnansi.enc

Well, refreshing the file name database is one thing to try.

Another possibility miktex is somehow not configured to look in the
fonts\enc\dvips\fontname directory.  Perhaps poke around to see if
someone has already asked this, via google or the miktex-users archives,
see http://miktex.org/lists.html.  If not, try posting there.
Unfortunately I don't know what tools miktex has for debugging things
like this.
