You need to change the typesetting engine from the default of pdftex 
producing pdf (Typeset | pdftex) to use dvi and GhostScript and dvips 
(Typeset | TeX and Ghostscript).

Depends on one's definition of good. If you need embedded fonts you set 
that when you install TeX --- re-run the i-Installer app and 
reconfigure TeX.
