[texhax] Font help

I assume it appears all on one line in the real file.
I assume "CaslonTwoTwentyFour-Book" is the FontName given in pc2k8a.pfb.

Given that, I don't see anything wrong with that line.  I can only
surmise the map file is not being read ... ?
