[texhax] longtable in twocolumn mode

Thanks for the tips, Robin. I tried supertabular and it works well in 
twocolumn mode but in the multicol environment it forgets to make more 
than one column:-( I'll try the tabbing environment now but would be 
grateful for any hints on how to make supertabular work with multicol.
