[texhax] IFSYM package revisited

Thanks to Yuri Robbers for weaving his magic and producing PFB fonts
to enable me to use the IFSYM package of geometrical and other weird symbols
which now works fine with an implementation of LaTeX running under 
Windows 2000 ...
