Hi,

I appreciate any answers to the following:

1. I am using twocolumn to place a bunch of figs, 4 per page starting from 
top-left followed by bottom-left, top-right and bottom right. My last page 
contains 3 figs and the last one is centered in the second column. How can I 
place it at the top-right with bottom-right empty?

2. How can I make a document to start page numbering from given number?

3. What should I do to make dvitopdfm understand the pict2e elements?
