[texhax] page numbers in bibliography when using BibTeX

I am using BibTeX within the report document class, and I am using the
plain.bst style.  I have structured my document to have all page
numbers in the upper right corner of the page.  This works on every
page but the first one of the bibliography.  Any suggestions on this? 
Am I going to have to modify the .bst file?  If so, can someone tell
me how?
