Do you have software to incorporate Encapulated PostScript (e.g.,
dvips)? Then any commercial graphics package should do the trick. I have
used SigmaPlot, which is excellent but pricey, and PsiPlot, which is okay.
Gnuplot will do some things, and produces LaTeX output.
