[texhax] chapter headings with variable text/quotes/subtitles

If you don't mind a bit of code-reading, take a look at the quotchap
package. It works with koma-script and heavily modifies the chapter
headings. Of course, quotchap does quite a bit more than what you have in
mind (most notably a huge chapter number), so you'd have to trim it down
to fit your needs.
