[texhax] converting files

Sir or Madam,
 
I am being asked to write a technical paper for which I would like to
use LaTeX. However, my boss would like to have a version in Microsoft
Word format so that it would be easy to edit should the need arise. Is
it possible to convert either a .dvi or .pdf file to Word format? If so,
can you please provide instruction on how this can be done.
