[texdvd] Getting an iso-image from MiKTeX full DVD

Hi Joel - sorry for the delayed reply.

Failing all else, I could make an iso for the version of miktex that was
on the TeX Collection 2023 DVD, but this was not the "complete" image.
A usable subset, but not complete.

I don't see that a complete image is available.
Klaus, did Christian provide that to you?
