[texdoc] package simples-matrices

hello

when using texdoc with "simples-matrices" we obtain
the documentation of the code

I think it would be better to open "simples-matrices-eng.pdf"
which is the user guide

I don't know if it would be possible but as I have provided a French 
version of the user guide, it would be very interesting to obtain
"simples-matrices-fra.pdf" in case the locale is French.
