[texdoc] `texdoc symbols` displays only some few pages of the "The Comprehensive LaTeX Symbol List"

    I fear that this change alone doesn't solve the problem.

Your argument made sense, but nevertheless, when I run texdoc -l symbols
today out of TL svn, it found symbols-a4.pdf first, for whatever reason.

    It's all up to David but you could mention it when you contact him.

    I doubt that DPC is on this list.

Indeed, he is not, so far as I can see.
