[texdoc] `texdoc symbols` displays only some few pages of the "The Comprehensive LaTeX Symbol List"

Well, Okular (my default texdoc viewer) displays symbols.dvi in the
title bar and, as it is able to open both .dvi and .pdf files, I don't
know if it is a .dvi file or a .pdf file coming from a .dvi one.
