[texdoc] TeXdoc : could it do more ?

I am not in control of the content of the documents found by texdoc. In the
present case, it's a pdf transcript of the man page. I'm forwarding to the TL
list, probably someone there knows who is the author of the man page and/or who
can modify it if necessary.
