[texdoc] texdoc -n?

Manuel -- just you and me on this list right now, but I guess I'll get
the archive started at least :).

As a break from Windows/Lua madness ...
I was surprised to see this option in texdoc --help:

    -n, --noise-level=N     Set verbosity level to N.

Why not the normal -V(erbose) instead of inventing a new option?  I've
never seen this before.

    Please report bugs and request features at texlive AT tug.org.

Once it exists, I think it should say "see http://tug.org/texdoc"
instead of directly pointing to a mailing list (even texdoc at tug.org :).
