[tex4ht] performance of tex4ht on WSL linux vs. VBox linux

Here is a link to the above folder. Simply unzip the file

I cannot compile your file, because there are undefined commands like
\makeLocalChapterToc, \addImage or nowaprEnumerate environment. It may be
caused by missing my_core.tex file. Can you send me this file?
