[tex4ht] [bug #641] adding \usepackage{subcaption} makes tex4ht not correctly align caption below image in graphics

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #641 (project tex4ht):

Thanks for the report. This seems to be caused by a recent update for the
Caption package, which fixed another issue. It should be fixed in the sources
now.
