[tex4ht] [bug #636] tex4ht loses table boarders when adding color

Great, thanks for the fix Michal. Will try it soon.

I wanted to see if tables look better with gray borders instead
of black.

In PDF I think table looks better with gray boarder but still
not sure, may be others think that black board looks better
for tables?

Here is example I just compiled with pdf with gray border for all
tables

Starting at page 50 you will see such table.

I wanted to see how it will look in HTML.
