[tex4ht] [bug #490] csquotes display environments in ODT

Follow-up Comment #6, bug #490 (project tex4ht):

The paragraphs are added by the configuration, so you can just remove them,
like this:

{\EndP \HCode{<text:p text:style-name="quote">}}

}{}{}{\egroup\noindent}
\begin{document}
\EndPreamble

This seems to remove all unnecessary paragraphs and disables the indent of the
following paragraph.
