Problem with TLShell Tex Live Manager

My TeXLive version is 2024, as shown in the picture.

  It will be useful to know which version of TeXLive you are using. Remember that a texlive version only lasts about 11 months and cannot be updated on windows.

 When I open TLShell Tex Live Manager, it shows "back end gone" and forces me to quit (as shown in the picture
 ). The update-tlmgr-latest.exe does  not work. How can I solve this problem?
