TexLive Windows Distribution with old c runtime library

Hello everyone,

when I install the current TexLive Release for Windows the basic package will bring an "msvcr100.dll" at the "bin\windows" folder. This dll has the version number "10.0.40219.1". It is a Microsoft C Runtime Library. It seams that this is an very old and outdated version of the runtime.
Is it possible to update thi Library?
