No and No and No ;-)

I have added all (hopefully) getnonfreefonts supported font packages to
tlcontrib, so when one adds contrib.texlive.info as source repo, many
font packages can be installed.

CTAN font packages that are not in contrib.texlive.info cannot be
directly installed.
