TeX Live fails to build on 32bit using gcc-14

Thanks Ken. The native TL build never runs cmake, for sure. I know of no
feasible way to mix build systems (which is a big problem). The entire
TL build uses Automake(->Autoconf->configure->make), nothing else.

Hilmar, I'm not sure if the commit Andreas found (thanks Andreas!)
affects this. And I don't know when I'll be able to dig into it farther
and see what's going awry. Sorry.
