Bug in 3.141592653-2.6-0.999995 (TeX Live 2023) with fontspec and tabularray?

Ross,

Unrelated to your font question, may I suggest to use "math mode" in the 
second column? Your '-4' is not correctly aligned with '+0', because of 
the hyphen, which is significantly shorter than 'minus'.

LuaLaTeX.
