Hi Norbert,
lauched tlmgr install texlive-scripts with success:

texlive-scripts package not found (?!), skipping revision consistency check
tlmgr.pl: package repository
https://ctan.mirror.garr.it/mirrors/ctan/systems/texlive/tlnet (not
verified: gpg unavailable)

running mktexlsr ...
done running mktexlsr.
running updmap-sys ...
done running updmap-sys.
tlmgr.pl: package log updated: C:/texlive/2023/texmf-var/web2c/tlmgr.log
tlmgr.pl: command log updated:
C:/texlive/2023/texmf-var/web2c/tlmgr-commands.log

And updated TeX Live with no errors.
