luatex original locale info

When I do that on windows I get three times

German_Germany.1252 

"German_Germany" looks odd. Why doesn't that say de-DE or de_DE ?

Get-WinSystemLocale in a powershell displays this:

PS C:\Users\Nililand2020\Documents\Tests> Get-WinSystemLocale

LCID             Name             DisplayName
----             ----             -----------
1031             de-DE            Deutsch (Deutschland)
