I confirm Bruno's observation. I installed TL using a brand new MacTeX-2024 added to the pretest repository an hour ago. I ran into Stephan's bug with LuaLatex. Afterward,
the location ~/Library/texlive had no 2024 folder. Then I ran

	luaotfload-tool --update --force

in Terminal. After that I typeset with LuaLatex again without problems. Also ~/Library/texlive/2024 now existed.
