pubkey missing

Hi Tex Live Team,

I am running my code in R and need to use Latex to generate pdf file. I encounter an error “tlmgr.pl: package repository http://www.preining.info/tlgpg/ (not verified: pubkey missing)”.

Can you please provide the key and show me how to add the key to the package?
