OpenBSD -current moves to 7.6-beta

Hi,

Last week, OpenBSD -current moved to 7.6-beta in preparation for the
next release, which is normally planned around November 1st.

Although TeX Live for 7.5-current still works in OpenBSD 7.6-beta, I
took the opportunity to rebuid TL 2024 entirely.

Updating is easy:

	 $ git clone https://git.sr.ht/~ralessi/texlive-openbsd
	 $ make

Or, in case you already have cloned the git repository:

       	 $ git pull
	 $ make

*Of note, however, biber needs to be updated,* like so:---

   	 # tlobsd getbiber
