--with-system-zlib and texdoc,lualatex,...

Hi,

if texlive was built with --with-system-zlib, on every small system 
update of zlib
i get messages like
"$ texdoc biblatex
PANIC: unprotected error in call to Lua API (zlib library version does 
not match - header: 1.3, library: 1.3.1)
Aborted"

Is this really meaningful if there's no ABI change in zlib?
The attached patch does prevent the abort, but it would be nice if the 
lua executables would check if there's a real problem(or not).
