Hi,

xmltexconfig contains nothing but

> cat tlpkg/tlpobj/xmltexconfig.tlpobj
name xmltexconfig
category Package
revision 68933
shortdesc configuration files for xmltex and pdfxmltex
relocated 1


Shouldn't it be better removed?
